Keenesburg, Colorado

The Town of Keenesburg selected WCC Construction to provide construction services for repair of exterior walls and roof of the original Keenesburg High School. Constructed in 1927 and approximately 10,000 square feet, the proposed repairs are the first phase of a planned renovation of the building as a Community Center.

The Contract included construction of temporary supporting walls, removal and replacement of facia and soffit, replacement of truss rim fascia, truss tail repair, installation of hurricane ties, new windows and doors, new gutters, abatement and disposal of hazardous materials, removal and replacement of the roof and grout repair. The work was accomplished on a fixed price basis.

Fort Collins, Colorado

WCC was tasked as General Contractor for the PSD Community Health Clinic with renovating an existing school interior space for a new health clinic, including demolition, site work, concrete, metals, finish woodwork and cabinetry, thermal insulation, doors and hardware, steel stud framing and finishing, painting, suspended acoustic grid ceiling, epoxy flooring, plumbing, hydronic heating and DDC controls, water saving plumbing and fixtures, LED electrical fixtures and devices, fire alarm and programming, IT/Data and security access devices.
