Working cohesively with WCC as both the construction manager and general contractor on your project ensures that you get all of our expertise at once! Our CM/GC project delivery methods are aimed to optimize the efficiency of your project design, schedule, cost, build and more. From cost estimating, analysis, comprehensive planning/scheduling, and building - our suite of expertise is well equipped for whatever project is on your horizon.
At WCC we have the qualifications, past experience and best-value for you. Our Construction Manager / General Contractor (CM/GC) project delivery method allows you to engage WCC as the Construction Manager during the design process to provide constructability input.
During the design phase, we provide input regarding scheduling, pricing, phasing and other information that helps you design a more constructible project. At approximately the 60% to 90% design completion phase, we will negotiate a 'guaranteed maximum price' for the construction of your project based on the defined scope and schedule. If this price is acceptable to both parties, we execute a contract for our construction services and become your General Contractor.
As both your Construction Manager and General Contractor, you receive collaborating design and construction teams, estimating, cost saving analysis, thorough scheduling and planning and properly coordinated construction activities using qualified vendors and specialists for your project.
