Jeffrey Wampler
OWNER | president
Jeffrey brings 40+ years in the construction industry from laborer to President of WCC Construction LLC. His studies in Structural Engineering at The Ohio State University are essential to him becoming the well-rounded leader and manager he is today. This knowledge and experience adds to the expertise needed to head many of the complicated projects Jeffrey has completed from civil and road infrastructure projects to multistory masonry and steel buildings. He brings creative problem solving abilities to every aspect of WCC from on-site issues to in-house development.
Jeffrey's combination of field-earned experience and technical expertise positions him as a uniquely capable leader for the complex, multi-trade projects WCC pursues. From navigating unforeseen structural challenges to managing intricate mechanical and civil scopes, Jeffrey brings a depth of hands-on knowledge few construction managers can match ensuring WCC's clients benefit from informed, seasoned leadership at every phase of a project.

David Bode
owner | vice president
David has 35+ years in the construction industry with an extensive background in Project Management. His studies at the University Of Wisconsin have been integral to his ability to deal with all construction issues. He has managed large and complex multi-million dollar high-profile projects for both commercial clients and government agencies, including the Federal Aviation Administration, Department of Defense, General Services Administration, US Centers for Disease Control, US Corps of Engineers, and many others.
His experience working with complex construction projects while keeping employees and the general public out of harm's way are unmatched. From successfully completing heavy demolition in a multi-story building in Downtown Greeley to keeping children safe during Poudre R-1 summer school projects, he is a major reason WCC is successful in its projects.

Jeffrey Wampler Attended The Ohio State University with a concentration in Civil Engineering. He has over 35 years in the construction industry and prides himself on his hand on approach to building his company from the ground up. His experience as a master carpenter, superintendent, project manager and business owner bring a complete perspective to WCC construction.
DAVID BODE
David Bode has nearly 30 years of professional construction management experience and has successfully managed large and complex multi-million dollar high-profile projects for both
commercial clients and governmental agencies.
He has proven relationships with a diversified client base: Federal Aviation Administration, Buckley AFB, General Services Administration, US Centers for Disease Control, Colorado Air National Guard, Wyoming Air National Guard, Colorado State Government Agencies, US Corps Of Engineers, Weld County Government, and Colorado State University.
