Weld County grounds Building

WCC successfully delivered a ground-up facility for Weld County Grounds in Greeley, Colorado, self-managing a broad scope of civil, structural, and building systems work. The project encompassed 1,626 linear feet of new water main installation within existing City of Greeley streets, 400 linear feet of new sewer infrastructure, and a new 4,988-square-foot structural steel building featuring complete mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, a dedicated IT room, and restroom facilities.
