Although construction has been an essential industry for thousands of years, construction safety is a relatively new and evolving discipline. Most construction job sites present significant hazards, and at WCC Construction, we believe that a safe job site is the foundation of every successful project. Our commitment to proactive safety planning, rigorous on-site protocols, and continuous training means our clients benefit from reduced risk, minimized liability, and the confidence that every project is being managed by a team that puts safety first.
WCC implements OSHA construction safety rules and utilizes workplace safety training to help reduce workplace injuries. These rules not only prevent dangerous accidents from occurring in the first place, but they also teach workers how to avoid dangerous situations and how to react to them.

At WCC everyone is committed to following safety practices and holding each other accountable for following training protocols and enforcing practices.
Worksite Analysis
WCC appoints leaders to collect data and identify safety and health hazards, then come up with acceptable solutions to control, repair or eliminate them completely.
Hazard Prevention and Control
After completing ongoing worksite analysis, WCC takes action regarding identified potential hazards to mitigate or eliminate them. This includes acquiring personal protective equipment (PPE), engineering projects to install safety railings or other safeguards, or taking administrative actions.

OSHA recommends every worker receives sufficient and comprehensive training to learn how to follow OSHA requirements. Project workers have access to OSHA construction safety materials and receive a personal copy of all policies, procedures and safety rules WCC and their vendors enforce.
At WCC we are committed to keeping our workers, clients and the public safe at all times with certified OSHA training, hazard analysis and prevention, job site inspections and enforcement, clearly posted signage and weekly safety meetings.
To-date, WCC has zero jobsite related injuries. EMR rating of 1.00. TRIR rating of 0.0.
