WCC successfully completed a comprehensive upgrade of the Denver Readiness Center for the Colorado Department of Military and Veterans Affairs, encompassing a full auditorium remodel and major HVAC and mechanical system upgrades. The HVAC installation required structural steel reinforcement through the existing roof of an active, secure government facility, demanding rigorous safety planning, fire watch protocols, weather protection measures, and continuous coordination with building security and occupants throughout construction.
