WCC successfully completed the remodel of the existing City of Loveland Fleet Maintenance Building, integrating a new CNG vehicle exhaust and gas detection system into an operational municipal facility. The project scope encompassed new structural openings, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing upgrades, and new interior finishes requiring careful coordination across multiple trades within an active government facility. The technical complexity of the CNG detection and exhaust systems demanded precise installation sequencing and close collaboration with specialty subcontractors throughout construction.
